Micro Business Key Terms Sheet

A company is considered a micro business if it meets any one of the following criteria.

The Business consumes less than 293,071 kWh of gas per year
The Business has less than 10 eimployees and an annual turnover or annual balance sheet total of less than 2 million euros.

Our promise to all micro business customers is:

We will provide you with details of the principal terms and conditions for a micro business.
We will send you a renewal stateme with terms which will apply at the end of the contract period.
We will contact you 60 days prior to your renewal date with details of our offer
We will send you a copy of our general terms for the supply of gas (located on the website) within 5 days of you signing an agreement (provided email given).

If you have signed a budget or monthly contract it will be for a fixed term. The start date, supply date, and end date will all be shown on your contract.

We will try not to change your charges during your period of supply, unless you are on a no fixed term option. However should third party charges change or should there be any changes to laws or industry processes resulting in us incurring higher charges, we may have to pass these on, unless we have otherwise stipulated in the agreement.

You cannot change supplier before your end date. If you terminate your agreement you must appoint a new supplier to take over supply for that date.
In order to change Supplier you must have paid all outstanding invoices.
We can object to your transfer until full settlement has occurred.

You may provide notice of termination at any time but no later than 60 days prior to the end date agreed.

We will contact you 60 days prior to the end date.
We will provide you with a renewal quote.
If you wish to accept you can do so, if not provided termination has been provided you will be free to move on the end date, provided all invoices are paid.
If you terminate and your new supplier does NOT pick you up on the specific end date day you will be charged Out of Contract rates.
All out of contract invoices must be paid before you can change supplier
